I saw in my heart words rising from the ground and words coming down from the heavens with a mist, and a slow rain which represents the presence of God. I have a sense it has to do with Isaiah 55. Angels will assist His word coming to pass. His word coming down is uprooting the words coming up. Then I heard in my spirit, “His word will prevail. There’s a prevailing anointing being release upon the church.
